Meet Your Providers: The Women Behind Woodland Wellness
There is something important we believe at Woodland Wellness: before you trust someone with your body, you should feel like you know who they are.
We are not a franchise. We are not a chain. We are a cooperative of four independent practitioners who each chose this work because something in them said this is what I am meant to do. We share a space, a standard of care, and a commitment to never rushing a session — but each of us brings our own story, our own training, and our own way of listening to what your body needs.
We thought it was time you met us properly.
Ryanna Hendrix, LMT, MMP
Renew You Massage Therapy | Founder, Woodland Wellness
If you ask Ryanna when she knew this was her path, she will tell you it started before she had a word for it — easing tension for family members as a kid, noticing the way a body softened under the right kind of attention. What began as instinct became a calling that led to the Arizona School of Massage Therapy, a Medical Massage Certification, and over fifteen years of dedicated practice.
Ryanna’s experience spans chiropractic offices, medical clinics, and luxury spa environments, and she has woven all of it into a style of bodywork that is equal parts clinical and restorative. She has a gift for reading muscular dysfunction — finding the root of the discomfort, not just the place where it hurts — and addressing it with focused, intentional technique.
Her clients describe a specific feeling after working with Ryanna: lighter. More aligned. Like something that had been pulled tight was finally allowed to release. That feeling is not accidental. It is the result of someone who treats every session like it is the most important appointment of her day, because to Ryanna, it is.
When you walk out of Ryanna’s treatment room, you are not just less tense. You are more yourself.
April Colburn, LMT
Just Breathe Massage Therapy
April started her career in a high-end spa, and it was there that she learned something most people do not realize: the quality of a massage has as much to do with the presence of the therapist as the pressure of their hands. Licensed since 2014, she spent years refining her technique before founding Just Breathe Massage Therapy in 2023 — a practice built on the belief that every session should feel personal, unhurried, and deeply restorative.
What sets April apart is a quality that is hard to teach: stillness. Her clients describe a calming energy that fills the room before the session even begins. She blends skilled therapeutic technique with a quiet, intuitive presence that allows the body to stop guarding and start releasing.
April is especially well-suited for clients who carry stress in their shoulders and their minds — the kind of people who have forgotten what it feels like to fully let go. In her room, you remember.
When she is not in the treatment room, April is on a trail somewhere — hiking, mountain biking, rock hounding, painting. She draws from the same well of balance and creativity that she brings to her work, and her clients feel it.
Heather Keeble, Licensed Esthetician & LMT
Sonder Spa
The name of Heather’s practice, Sonder, comes from a word that means the quiet realization that every person you pass carries a life as vivid and complex as your own. That understanding is not just a philosophy for Heather — it is the lens through which she sees every client who walks through her door.
As both a licensed esthetician and a licensed massage therapist, Heather bridges two worlds that are often kept separate. Her approach is holistic and pro-aging — not fighting time, but supporting your skin and body with intelligence, presence, and care. Whether she is performing an advanced chemical peel, a deeply restorative facial, or a full therapeutic massage, every treatment she offers is rooted in the same principle: you deserve to feel genuinely cared for.
Heather is deeply committed to continuing education, always refining her craft so that the care she gives today is even better than the care she gave yesterday. Her treatment space reflects who she is — peaceful, refined, warm, and wholly focused on you.
Brittany Geiger, LMT, VT
Sonder Spa
With over seventeen years of experience, Brittany has the kind of depth that can only come from a career built on genuine devotion to the work. She specializes in deep tissue massage, Swedish technique, reflexology, Reiki, acoustic massage, and vibrational therapy — and what makes her remarkable is the way she weaves these modalities together with intuitive precision.
Brittany’s sessions live in two worlds at once: the deeply physical and the subtly energetic. She can release a stubborn knot in your shoulder with focused clinical technique and then shift seamlessly into the resonant tones of Tibetan sound bowls, allowing your nervous system to settle in a way that pure physical work sometimes cannot reach.
Her clients come to her for deep relief, and what they find is something more expansive — a kind of full-body reset that addresses the tension you can name and the tension you did not know you were holding.
Brittany does not just work on your body. She creates a space where your body remembers how to let go.
One Roof. Four Callings.
What makes Woodland Wellness special is not just the individual talent of each provider — it is the fact that four women with different specialties, different strengths, and different paths all landed in the same place with the same commitment: to care for you without rushing, to listen before they work, and to treat every session like it matters. Because it does.
