We understand that life happens. We ask for advance notice by 5:00 PM the day before your appointment if you need to cancel. Late cancellations will be assessed a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Payment is due before your next appointment can be booked.

Appointment times are honored as scheduled and cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their session and will be assessed the full service fee. Please arrive on time so you can enjoy every moment of your experience.

If changes to your service are needed, please let us know before 5:00 PM the day before your appointment. Last-minute service reductions will be charged at the originally scheduled rate.

Massage and bodywork are not appropriate care during infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you become aware of any contagious condition. Our providers adhere to the same policy and will reschedule if they become ill.
